  • Cost and scale — declared project cost, land cost, unit mix and area, per project and totalled per developer.
  • Land assembly — how each site was put together: owned, joint development, or agreement to sell.
  • Escrow behaviour — the 70% separate-account disclosures, and which promoters file them consistently.
  • Quarterly progress — declared completion against the promised date, quarter by quarter.
